    Bingo log in


    I am unable to connect my xbox live log in to Bingo. Every other game I have are fine, just Bingo has a problem. I've tried troubleshooting using the instructions provided in the FAQ but nothing changed. Any other suggestions?

    changing gamertags

    I started playing Microsoft Bingo and a random gamertag came up that I've never heard of. I contacted support and chatted and it was supposedly corrected. how do I log out of xbox in bingo and log back into my correct email address that is linked to the
    right gamertag??

    why do I have so much trouble logging into M Bingo? keeps kicking me out - disconnecting

    Since update I can't play play Bingo anymore. Also installing again is not possible. They say : "Log in on Xbox", but I'm logged in. I always played it ons my desktop with Windows 10. Who helps?

    Not getting credit for Bingos on my account

    Hi there CeratedLily7928,

    Do you see your score update if you log out of your account then log back into it within the app in the upper right hand corner? Also, you can reset the app by following the steps here:

    Settings>System>Apps & Features>Microsoft Bingo>Advanced Options>Reset.

    Let us know if those steps help to update your Bingo wins.

    I have tried all the steps in that document several times, with no change. I still cannot get the software to connect to Xbox Live. It is weird, i can log in from Solitaire and Mahjong, but i cannot get Bingo, Sudoku, or Enter the Mind to log in.
