    OK, so now I am done. I have won 100 keys on Power Bingo twice and have not received my keys either time. I am fed up with disconnection issues. Do you still need to be connected to collect your wins? I have 3 grandchildren that I look after so it is impossible
    for me to be connected 24 hours a day. So I am saying farewell to Microsoft Bingo.

    Has been 6 days I can not collect or send!!gifts Once again Bingo and issues!!!!

    Bingo, Bingo, Bingo , always issues ..can't collect or send gifts. Soo tiring !!! just keeps closing. I am now out of Power Ups .Makes for a boring game !I have tried everything

    I would recommend trying to reset the app. If you go to Settings > Apps and then find MS Bingo in the list, highlight it and click "Advanced options". On that page, scroll down a little bit and click "Reset". From there, when that is done, try and launch
    the game and see if you're still seeing issues.

    You might also want to reach out to the Microsoft Casual Games Community and developers here: https://community.microsoftcasualgames.com/ . It's a community specifically focused around the "Microsoft Casual games" suite and would likely be able to get your
    concerns more directly to the developers and the team that maintains them.
