Bingo issues, AGAIN!

Discus and support Bingo issues, AGAIN! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Problems with Bingo again. Stating there is a connection error and to try again (over and over again).     Bingo issues, AGAIN!


    Problems with Bingo again. Stating there is a connection error and to try again (over and over again). It seems to get better when I report the issue and a month or so later, I'm at the same place same issues. Is this ever going to be fixed???

    Bingo Server Issues AGAIN

    This is ridiculous.

    How can a company like Microsoft allow this released to the public when there are so many issues.

    They obviously don't care. I'm thinking of not renewing. It's not worth the aggrevation.

    Microsoft Bingo Server Connection Issues AGAIN

    Once again Microsoft Bingo has been having server connection issues. This MS Bingo user has not been able to connect for over 48 hours. This is an issue that has occurred several times in the past.

    Hey FavoredAtol2705! Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? Check out the Casual Games FAQ for some basic troubleshooting steps and Error
    Codes & How to Fix Your Game     for some additional steps. If you could, please provide the following information as well:

    • Region:
    • Device:
    • Mobile (Y/N):
    • Operating System:
    • Wired or wireless connection:
    Additionally if you could please upload a DXDiag file to a file hosting service like OneDrive, that will greatly help us in sorting out what may be going on. Steps can be found here (Note:
    one DXDiag is run, you will get the file by selecting "Save All Information"). Thanks!

    Still not available here as well.

    Probably have to wait for a fix.

    When that happens that bingo server is completely messed up and you won't get any reward. Close out of bingo app completely and open it again, and you will probably get onto a different bingo server that is working correctly.
