Bingo issue resolved!

This is a known issue and developers are working hard to resolve it for our bingo lovers!

I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO PLAY THIS GAME. ARE STEPS BEING DONE TO RESOLVE THE BINGO SERVER ISSUE. ALL NIGHT AND DAY PROBLEM. FOR REAL

I've reported these bugs to the Bingo team and they are working to get these resolved. As Bingo is a "soft launch" in Canada only, it is similar to what other companies do with beta tests- so they can get all the bugs and problems resolved.

I don't experience the issue with any other game. I play MS Solitaire quite often and, when it gives me a connection error, it is because my internet connection has actually dropped. With Bingo, I often check my internet connection as soon as the error is
displayed, and the connection is good. When I get the Server Connection Error in Bingo, I don't get disconnected from Solitaire, browsers, email or anything else - just from Bingo.

I have read your FAQ and tried the solutions. I have the app updates set to automatic, so that is not the issue. And when I tried restarting, that did not resolve the issue.

Hope you can resolve this.

We are still working on a solution to these issues.

Racegmr24, have you tried if completely closing the game by pulling it down and letting it flip and then restarting Bingo resolves the issue? Have you made sure to check for Windows updates?
