Bingo Issue - Connection was lost and so were the 12 bingos and 9 keys plus other coin and bag ...

I just went back to bingo, and I did not get the coins or power-ups back from the game, as the error message said. I'm frustrated - this is ridiculous - we've been dealing with the connection issues, and the odd bingo calling and stuff for weeks and now
we aren't even getting back the things the error message said we would!

I was playing four cards in bingo and spent coins to buy extra balls three times, plus I used five power-ups and had two power bingo balls called - I had gotten twelve bingos, nine keys and many bag and coin tiles daubed (you can't see which tiles had these
things, but you can see the tiles that weren't called to see that I had those powerups used on these cards. I got a message about a connection problem (my internet was working fine, so I don't know what the problem was), and after re-trying several times,
I finally got a message saying the game was no longer available so the tickets and coins would be refunded. That is not ok - I will lose the five powerups plus the nine keys and two powerballs and exp points and coins - I took this pic of my screen so you
could see what I saw. The date/time is in the bottom right corner, the top right corner shows my xbox/ms game username, and the awards I outlined can be seen also. I took several more pics of error messages if you need any more photos. I typed all of this
out a few minutes ago and when I hit submit, it all went away and I got an error message - I took a pic of that, too! Again, my internet is working fine - no problems with my Roku or internet explorer, so I think this is a ms issue... I want the power ups
back at a MINIMUM (in addition to the coins and tickets), but I'd really like my power balls and keys and exp points, etc. also! Please get back to me! My email is connected to my user name, I imagine, which is . If you need my email, I will

Mine keeps disconnecting also, its great, NOT!

I lost a lot of tickets, coins and keys because of this!!! It says connecting to server, but it stays there, im forced to close down the app because i cant do anything else.

When im ingame or in the results screen, and it disconnects, i lose my wins/bingos/power balls and bingos/ keys, coins and tickets.

Ive bought coins and i didnt buy them to lose them because of your *** servers!!

Having the same issues with connectivity as other people. I have also lost so many bingos, tickets, keys, powerballs and coins. I just lost 44 tickets and heaps of coins trying to play one match. When the game finally started it was down to 7 bingos left
then it ended after I got to daub 10 numbers. Along with the problems starting the games I've also gotten to the end then it has frozen without awarding me anything, then it has reset back to the main menu. After half filling my powerball card it has also
reset before the time had expired. I too play the other Microsoft games without any problems.

I know it's only been one day, but I have 2 board that are completely full (however many bingo that is) and I can still click on the plus sign next to coins, tickets, key, etc. and get the option to buy each with coins or the two option to watch a short
video show the video but everything else is frozen and I have had connection issues with this game daily since day one.
