    Bingo game problems


    I am having problems with the Bingo game. It takes several attempts to get a connection for 1, the other problem is that I am unable to collect the gifts that my friends send to me. Once I "click" on the box to collect, the game goes quiet and then shuts
    down . I am able to send gifts out some of the time. Please fix this problem.

    Connecting problems

    Between bingo games there are constant problems connecting to Microsoft Bingo. It is ruining an otherwise good game.

    I cant call valid bingos

    Having the same problem.

    W8.1x64,

    Acer Iconia W700,

    From the very beginning,

    Valid bingos are not scored. In fact, in my case: my bingos are counted in the end of game reward; they are reported in list of all bingos to the left of the screen during a game; but they produce not a "Bingo" happy picture, but a red cross and 10s delay
    as if there was no bingos on field. Auto-bingo also does not seem to work (not sure in this point, as soon as I can't say what is normal behavior, but no "Bingo" picture also).

    XBox connection is established, Facebook is not used.

    Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game? If you can't resolve the issue and you would like to request a refund see below.
