Bingo game keeps locking up, especially with 5 or 6 bingo wins

What I'd recommend doing, on your Windows 10 device, is going to All Settings > Apps, and then find MS Bingo in the list. From there click it, and click "Advanced options" On that page, scroll down a bit and select "Reset". That should reset
the app, without having to uninstall/reinstall if you're having problems there. That can also clear up a number of errors or issues you might be experiencing in the app.

I'd also recommend you check out the Microsoft Casual Games website. There is a community there you can post your questions to and get some more tips and reach out to those
at MS who might be able to assist further.

I like the look of the new bingo, but the power card is not registering when I have made a bingo...I just won 5 keys, only showed 1 won..!! and why has the coins you win decreased so so much, it will take forever to win anything or get to the next level...
its frustating, this used to be my favourite game... having a rethink... so frustrating.

MS bingo was discontinued a while ago now, the online aspect of the game is no more and if you remove the game you will no longer be able to download it either.

It went at the same time as all casual games on windows 8 went, they shuttered bingo on win 8 and win 10 for good.

Since the so called upgrade, this game has gotten worse! The game cards are too big, freezes/locks up constantly, hit the bingo button and nothing happens or I get a big X across it when I actually have a bingo, dont get credit for the bingos I do get!!!!
Loved to play this game but am playing it much less due to the very very poor quality of the game and the programmers. Were they on drugs or drunk when they did the recent upgrades??????

I just experienced the same problem. This needs to be fixed. We enjoy Bingo, but it is discouraging to get all Bingos and then lose the rewards because the screen is locked.
