    Why does the shopping free coins and tickets fail to connect to ads. Been this way for at least a week and its very frustrating to get this message to come back later but later never happens day after day!

    It will not connect with the bingo server.

    it will not connect to the Bingo server every time I try login and it fail to login.

    Why do I keep getting CONNECTION IN PROGRESS or if the program opens it will fail to complete the operation and leave me with CONNECTION IN PROGRESS displayed. All the other games play but not bingo.

    ms bingo, it just tries to connect and the connection fails each time this has been going on for more than 2 days, and it is frustrating. my internet connection is up and running

    I cant call valid bingos

    I use windows 8 on a microsoft surface tablet and have the same problems, this has cost me plenty of gold purchasing the next 5 balls,

    It is very disappointing because the game is a lot of fun when it does work, however, it seems to fail more than work lately with connection problems and now failed valid bingo calls
