    free tickets or coins earning by watch the ad

    If I want my free tickets or coins earning watch the ad then disappears the whole screen of the Bingo game ??

    What is wrong with the bingo game ?

    MICROSOFT BINGO, ERRORS, ERRORS, ERRORS!!!

    PLEASE!!! Fix this game, it's been giving errors for the past month. Trying to connect, it tells you try again later or contact Support,and the error is Watch Ad for daily bonus, not working, not connecting. This is the only game that has so many problems.
    Come on!

    PLEASE FIX, ASAP. It's been to long that we can't play Microsoft Bingo

    I agree. , i'm having similar problems. With Microsoft Bingo. . When I go to shop and I watch the ads to receive. Gold coins in tickets. It says to try again. After. Attempting to watch the AD.

    I also submitted feedback and. The reason I'm commenting. On this report. Is that it may be related to the problem? I'm having?.

    Having the same problem...very annoying. This seems to happen about once a year. I lose all the daily and have to start over. Getting the daily coins and tickets by watching the ad has not been working for about a week prior to
    the connection problems that started this past weekend.

    I agree with ssduck62 -- I have gotten an ad every single game I play in the daily challenges, while I'm happy to watch an ad per day, between every single game is too much. Please fix this ASAP.

    I am guessing Bingo is a Game for Windows 10. If so, please go to the Game settings and sign out of your Microsoft Account on the game and sign back into the account. Hopefully then it will begin syncing everything again.

    What is going on with BINGO?

    Same complaint from me about BINGO. But also i have a complaint about Microsoft Ultimate Word Games Daily Challenges. I've made the complaint but as with BINGO, the silence from Microsoft is deafening! They really do not seem to care... why do they bother
    to host these forums when they never respond?
