    bingo crashing


    i was able to play for about a week and now for the last two days every time i try to log in and play it crashes and says if you continue to have problems come here...Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. i have read a few of the
    other issues but i don't see any of the responses... ty

    hello out their anyone know why microsoft bingo keeps crashing?

    Microsoft bingo keeps crashing I think you have to fix the problem!

    I was in the same boat... in the middle of a game, had a Bingo or three and it crashed.

    First thing to try is to reset the app. If you go to Settings > Apps > Microsoft Bing and click "Advanced Settings" after you highlight the app, then select "Reset" on that page. See if that helps resolve your issue.

    HELP!!! Bingo app crashed on startup.

    So I am testing it now with a Surface 3 and it seems if you maximize the app from the taskbar after the crash (instead of restarting it- you'll see the Bingo logo in the taskbar), the app runs normally. However, this starting crash is still unusual and it's
    still filed as a bug.

    Note: You need to restore it from the taskbar right after it crashes- if you wait too long, it won't work.

    Another user reported better performance with Bingo after turning off the Adaptive lighting option in Settings but that may be unrelated to this error.

    I cant call valid bingos

    Having the same problem. Valid bingos don't score, freezing and crashing repeatedly. To bad, I really do like the game, but with all the problems it is very frustrating.
