Bingo crashes after playing a game

    Bingo crashes after playing a game


    Lately every time I complete one game and it goes to the rewards page the game crashes, just closes down. Has anyone else had this problem? It is really frustrating as it is my favorite game. The game has always had stability problems but this is ridiculous!

    Bingo keeps crashing

    Hi, i haven't been playing bingo in a while after i bought a new computer. A few days ago i installed bingo again and my account was ok but i can't play any more because every time i try to play, the game crashes.

    Please Help.

    HELP!!! Bingo app crashed on startup.

    So I am testing it now with a Surface 3 and it seems if you maximize the app from the taskbar after the crash (instead of restarting it- you'll see the Bingo logo in the taskbar), the app runs normally. However, this starting crash is still unusual and it's
    still filed as a bug.

    Note: You need to restore it from the taskbar right after it crashes- if you wait too long, it won't work.

    Another user reported better performance with Bingo after turning off the Adaptive lighting option in Settings but that may be unrelated to this error.

    After my last two games of Bingo, the system has crashed and I never got all of the coins, keys, etc. that I won during the game. I have been buying coins from Microsoft and feel like this is a big waste. Who can we contact to fix the glitch?
