    Bingo Crash


    Microsoft Bingo has crashed on me about 25 times today, before games and during. Have uninstalled and re-installed but it is still going on, am I missing something here??????

    Microsoft bingo the most unreliable/ most frustrating online game

    Get yourselves an Apple. Their bingo NEVER crashes. Far superior!

    mein Bingo stürzt dauernd ab und findet den Bingo-Server nicht mehr. Das Spiel läuft nicht stabil durch.

    I was in the same boat... in the middle of a game, had a Bingo or three and it crashed.

    First thing to try is to reset the app. If you go to Settings > Apps > Microsoft Bing and click "Advanced Settings" after you highlight the app, then select "Reset" on that page. See if that helps resolve your issue.

    HELP!!! Bingo app crashed on startup.

    So I am testing it now with a Surface 3 and it seems if you maximize the app from the taskbar after the crash (instead of restarting it- you'll see the Bingo logo in the taskbar), the app runs normally. However, this starting crash is still unusual and it's
    still filed as a bug.

    Note: You need to restore it from the taskbar right after it crashes- if you wait too long, it won't work.

    Another user reported better performance with Bingo after turning off the Adaptive lighting option in Settings but that may be unrelated to this error.

    I cant call valid bingos

    Having the same problem. Valid bingos don't score, freezing and crashing repeatedly. To bad, I really do like the game, but with all the problems it is very frustrating.
