    The Bingos i made, were not counted any more. They stop at the same amount. Everything else is (Levels, coins, etc.) counted correctly. How can i resolve this problem?

    ms bingo tickets resupply

    when I'm low on tickets I have to wait 5 min. for 5 tickets, 10 min. for 10 tickets, etc. - cannot leave bingo nor allow my screensaver to activate or else the timer starts over. Meanwhile, the timer on my powercard is still counting down. What's the point?
    To get us to pullout the credit/debit card. Unattractive "feature". Does this happen to other bingo players?

    Multiple problems with the Bingo, from cutting you off not counting earned points to restarting the game half way through game being played. If they are trying to get one to purchase extra points then I think their going about it the wrong way.

    Featweevil8040 has lost all but the most recent bingo and power bingo called when viewing the statistics report

    what happened is when they did the update they wiped everyone's bingos and power bingos, and also for travel patterens the one that count are on the regular card and not power card

    Hey there Electronic phun.

    When you run into this issue, are you connected to the internet or is it disconnected? It's likely you are being disconnected which is causing trouble with your rating updating. Keep us in the loop.

    I cant call valid bingos

    From the very beginning,

    Valid bingos are not scored. In fact, in my case: my bingos are counted in the end of game reward; they are reported in list of all bingos to the left of the screen during a game; but they produce not a "Bingo" happy picture, but a red cross and 10s delay
    as if there was no bingos on field. Auto-bingo also does not seem to work (not sure in this point, as soon as I can't say what is normal behavior, but no "Bingo" picture also).

    XBox connection is established, Facebook is not used.

    LOST BINGOS

    It happens, on the last update I lost all my Bingo counts so there I was on level 99 with 0 Bingos so had to start again. There are quite a few glitches in the system I think time will sort it so we just have to be patient. Not much help I'm afraid
