Bingo Connection Issues Continue

The server connection issues seem to be getting worse. Today was the worst thus far, losing connectivity in the middle of matches. Of course when that happens, the server is not smart enough to know so when it does reconnect, it just keeps right on going,
as if nothing happened. Meanwhile, I'm sitting looking at a spinning circle wait icon, then the reconnect, 6 numbers fly by, and the match is over. It was probably smart of the UI designers to NOT put a help button anywhere that I could have clicked right
then.

So I'm looking through the posts in this forum and it **** me off even more that the "Microsoft" answer to everything is uninstall and reinstall. This has never fixed an issue for Windows, since Windows 1.0. Yet they keep telling people to reboot, or wipe
the install, or uninstall and reinstall. Why can't we just have things fixed? We have been dealing with these same issues for 20+ years and we are still doing the same thing. Please Microsoft, get something stable for once. I'm having issues on Xbox also
like this, where there are network connectivity issues which cause games to crash or matchmaking to do odd things. And sometimes the only way to fix the issue is to reboot the console. So the console, much like this Bingo game, is something that you (Microsoft)
designed and built and operate, and there are still issues. And the same issues that have been here for ever. I appreciate the new fancy Windows 10 interface, but the apps don't work. Shouldn't that raise a flag somewhere? All the games are having issues..
you can't download any updates or fun packs or whatever the **** you want to call them.. because the app crashes when the download process starts. That's just basic stuff, or should be.

Anyway, I enjoy playing the Microsoft games and am happy that there are specific apps for the desktop, but every where I turn there are issues. It's not a warm and fuzzy feeling.

I have the exact same issue and it usually happens when I have LOTS of bingos and extra bonuses. Soo frustrating.

PLEASE fix the connection problems AND return everyone's lost coins, keys and tickets.

 

I hear you. I got a full card and the other card had only one number left on it when it did the same thing to me. Now here we are again in the middle of a game and it kicks us loose....what's up with this, I not only didn't get my credit but I lost some
for nothing....

 

Same thing is happening to me , just left the bingo after sever connections problems. I was in the middle of the game too! Hoping to find out why here... Hope they get it fixed soon.

 

Had plenty of server connection issues to date, but today was the first time I had it mid game. Can see the game in the background and even the chat is still happening, but have to keep "trying again" with no success after 10 minutes. Used some good powerups
too and on the verge of several bingos. You would think Microsoft could afford a decent server...?
