Bingo- connection doesn't seem to work

I've tried access my Bingo game but I get the note that there is a connection problem.

My rewards doesn't seem to work

so this month you could get rewards from buying For honor. That I did. Next step was to complete 5 achievements. Which I did more than 5. But it has yet not been unlocked. So there's 2 points missing and 1 for completing it all. Now please fix.

Hello cribbel,

The Credits for your purchase offers have been pending in your account since around the beginning of the month. However, we can confirm that your achievements have not been awarded yet, and will adjust that manually. You should see these changes shortly.
Apologies for the inconvenience. Since the achievement portion had not completed, the bonus has not yet been awarded, and that should show up 96 hours or less after this adjustment.

From the very beginning,

Valid bingos are not scored. In fact, in my case: my bingos are counted in the end of game reward; they are reported in list of all bingos to the left of the screen during a game; but they produce not a "Bingo" happy picture, but a red cross and 10s delay
as if there was no bingos on field. Auto-bingo also does not seem to work (not sure in this point, as soon as I can't say what is normal behavior, but no "Bingo" picture also).

XBox connection is established, Facebook is not used.

Bingo keeps giving me a server connection error message and doesn't respond.

All is good at my connection. Happens very often.
