    Bingo closing down just as the game finishes


    A continuing comment about the game closing down after "game over" has been called. It starts to open the power bingo page, doesn't complete and then shuts the game down.

    This has been repeatedly reported here and on Facebook: no reply, no "sorry, we're working on it": NOTHING

    What is the point in playing a game that shuts down just at the end before the rewards are dished out - we do play for the rewards, after all!

    Has been 6 days I can not collect or send!!gifts Once again Bingo and issues!!!!

    Bingo, Bingo, Bingo , always issues ..can't collect or send gifts. Soo tiring !!! just keeps closing. I am now out of Power Ups .Makes for a boring game !I have tried everything

    We are still working on a solution to these issues.

    Racegmr24, have you tried if completely closing the game by pulling it down and letting it flip and then restarting Bingo resolves the issue? Have you made sure to check for Windows updates?

    Most of the ads have a blue bar and then a close button but solitaire and bingo ads don't and these are causing the game to close. Please fix
