Bingo cards are not working correctly

    Bingo cards are not working correctly


    So I started up Bingo and I am lvl 11 so I can have 3 cards or 4 cards. I clicked to play 3 cards and only got two cards. I clicked on 4 cards, just to check it wasn't me being silly, but again I only got two cards. It even took the right amount of tickets
    for 3 and 4 cards! Just when the connection problems look to be sorted out now this.

    Is there a way to fix this at all?

    power card rewards not received &very buggy

    Hi, While the app is working much better after the update, I still am not getting my community or personal rewards from the Power Cards. I don't know whether I should stop playing the Power Cards until this issue is fixed as currently it is a waste of coins.

    Just an FYI, I had to download the latest update to Windows 8.1 in order to get Bingo updated.

    Also not all of the bugs have been fixed - this morning I called a Bingo and the audio said Bingo but on screen it called it a bad bingo and blocked me out, the squares were shown correctly in green.

    Bingo connection errors

    Is the connection error to Bingo ever going to get fixed? It's been over a week and still not working correctly. This is so frustrating.

    When that happens that bingo server is completely messed up and you won't get any reward. Close out of bingo app completely and open it again, and you will probably get onto a different bingo server that is working correctly.

    Featweevil8040 has lost all but the most recent bingo and power bingo called when viewing the statistics report

    what happened is when they did the update they wiped everyone's bingos and power bingos, and also for travel patterens the one that count are on the regular card and not power card
