Bingo cannot connect for 3 days.

I cannot get on Microsoft Bingo. Can not connect with the server. This has been going on for 3 days. Hope you get it fix very soon.

Thanks for replying to keep us updated. Based on your limited response, I'm guessing that you were doing the steps to attempt an update following the Windows 8.1 OS operations. If you are using a different version of Windows (like Windows 10), then please
refer back to the article for further instruction. If you aren't sure what type of Windows operating system your PC is running, then you can look it up like this:

1. Go to Start , enter About your PC, and then select About your PC.
2. Look under PC for Edition to find out which version and edition of Windows that your PC is running.
   
3. Look under PC for System type to see if you're running a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows.
   

Once you're sure which version of Windows you are using, then you may continue troubleshooting using the article I previously provided, or you can also reach out to the

Microsoft Casual Games Community forum as they should have a better angle on how to resolve your issue more directly.
