Bing Rewards Not Redeemed

I saved up Bing Rewards points for almost a whole year trying to get the 12 Months Xbox Live Gold. I tried to redeem it last night and it told me it would send me an email. I never got an email, the Live never showed up, there is no confirmation of my redemption,
and 29,000 points were taken from my account.

Please clarify if you are referring to the gamerscore, or bing/Microsoft rewards points.

gamerscore is earned by unlocking achievments in games, and can not be redeemed for anything, it is purely a representational figure

bing/Microsoft rewards points are earned by searching on bing, doing quizes, completing punch cards, etc and can be redeemed for a range of things: https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/

Quick question about xbox currency

With the bing rewards program if i redeem a xbox 10 dollar gift card from there. Can i use it on my UK account? And will it be 10 British pounds?

Can you get Bing rewards in UK? I know it's not Australia, thought it was US (maybe Canada) only. I'd use Bing if they rewarded me like US.

The Bing Rewards program is separate from the Xbox Rewards program. You would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page for assistance.

FYI, do NOT redeem your Bing reward points for Microsoft Points until you are ready to use them. MS points purchased with Bing points will expire, and the count down timer starts the date you redeem them. Build up your Bing rewards, and redeem them shortly
before you intend to use them.

I got the same error when trying to redeem a 100 point Bing reward. I'll post if I find out anything. I am going to email Bing rewards.

After redeeming your points from Bing Rewards, an email should be sent to the email address you have registered with Bing containing a code and instructions on how to receive the Microsoft Points.
