and as further described in the Privacy Statements.

Does this apply to xbox 360 party chat and other stuff. Cause I found it's really creepy. That regardless what you do. It's being recorded.

Voice enabled services refers to devices and services relying on voice commands I think, Kinect, and the inputs would be recorded to "improve the quality and accuracy" of its ability to respond to you. But meh, Microsoft has your information dude, and has
a responsibility to guard it. Personal info, credit details, etc. You put some trust into the company when you use the services and hand over certain details and use certain services I guess.

I wouldn't worry, man, there are tens of millions of Live subscribers, you're a little blip. Even if you were being recorded your voice would be lost in an ocean of banal CoD and Battlefield players destroying each other with millions of hours of expletives. Wait,
are you organising terrorist attacks across Live while playing CoD or something, and you're worried you'll get caught? lol ( °∀°)

It says:

"As part of our ongoing commitment to respecting your privacy, we won't use your documents, photos or other personal files or what you say in email, chat, video calls or voice mail to target advertising to you."

So you do not need to feel creeped out anymore
