    So I have been having this problem with my Xbox where it won't except my debit card. So I have the monthly subscription for Xbox Live paying $10 a month, my payment was due on the 22nd of December and it was trying to charge me for my payment but it would
    not do it since I had no money in my bank account. I have never had this problem before with it until now because since I had no money then it decided to send me this:

    So since this happened I can't use my debit card on my Xbox anymore because it says something is wrong and it won't give me my previous payment option even though it says it's there, so I have to enter my debit card info into my Xbox but it won't accept
    it. This has been making me angry because there is no other way to pay my Xbox online since I can't pay for it because it won't accept my debit card. Also I can't use a PayPal since you have to be 18 to use one.

    You must super rich pal or living of your parents because where I come no one can afford to more then one console ,think of all the bills , you have to pay nowdays ,let me see their tv bill, house bill, often their mortgage or rent bill, tv license , water bill, gas bill, phone bill, internet bill, and now you want add gaming bill for the network on top of them and other thing Xbox one may hAve exclusives but you play previous games in the past on the Xbox or Xbox 360 you can't play them by disc mode only by buying them through dlc and same goes for ps4 for previous playstation consoles , at least wii u network is free and backward play for wii games but other are dlc, electric bill and maybe more bills to pay

    using different regions then the one you actually live in is unsupported and can result in issues, like you are experiencing at the moment.

    The only thing you can try is to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) via

    They might be able to assist, if the can't then I'm afraid you will have to wait at least 3 months before you can change it back again

    1. sure you can get it cancelled: either by sign in on xbox.com, then click on "my account" and "disable automatic renewal" or let xbox support do this on phone

    2. no, im afraid once started gold is not transferable to a different profile

    hi guy's, thanks for the reply's this may of just answered my question, i am nearly sure i owe for a month's xbox live as i had only been paying monthly never even thought of that being my problem, so thanks :)

    Hi there,

    First - check the card and see if the charges are pending or posted. If they are both pending, you can't do anything until the credit card company posts them. Reason why - pending charges can be removed within a day or two, as they are often 'hold' amounts
    until the charge clears in the system and get posted to your account.

    If post are posted amounts - be sure to check
    https://account.microsoft.com/
    > Payments and billings to check the order history to make sure they are 2 identical charges. It could be 2 different charges of the same amount but for 2 completely different items.

    If they are identical posted charges, you can go to https://support.xbox.com/billing/xbox-subscriptions/digital-goods-subscriptions-refund
    to submit a refund request.
