    Billing went through but the games didn't show up


    I recently purchased two games star wars KOTOR II(XBOX) and star wars: The Force Unleashed(XBOX 360). The problem is the billing went through but the games are nowhere to be seen both on the download history and in my Full library and I also have not received
    the billing info (i.e didn't receive email or showing up on purchase history). Is there a way to get a refund or to get the games into my library.

    Have you checked the info on your account to make sure it is up to date? Also have you double checkedto make sure the purchase went through as it should not have been able to go through unless the billing information is current. It is possible that it
    shows that it tried to go through but didn't actually charge as the credit card info was not up to date.

    Double check if the purchase went through on your billing section in your account. If this is the case and it wont show up in your games check the ready to install section

    Wasted Money.

    Check your billing history on here account.microsoft.com. If the payment went through, then the game should show up in the list. If it's there check your ready to install list on your xbox one or if using the xbox 360, your download history.

    Do you own this game or app? If you have a game disc, insert it now. Otherwise, make sure you're signed in to Xbox Live. If you don't have rights for playing it, you'll need to buy it at the Xbox Games Store Issue

    Hey mate,

    I'd go to the microsoft site, and see if the purchase went through:
    commerce.microsoft.com


    That should bring up a billing overview on everything on your MS account. If it appears on there, then it went through and is an error (which we'll go through if that is the case), if it doesn't appear on their, then the purchase didn't go through and you
    can just make it again :) If you want, you can double check with the payment method you used (paypal or credit card) and see if it shows on one of those statements
