Hello whoever this may get to,

I just wanted to know how to refund an xbox live gift card you purcahsed off Microsoft because I do not need it anymore. It says it is “complete” but it does not give me the option to refund or anything. I didn’t reedeem the card. Please help.

The refund department takes up to 72 hours to respond and the money takes three to 5 business days to go back to the account.

If you want to remove your bank account info on xbox you have to turn off recurring billing on game pass and it will stop billing your account every month than you can remove your bank account from the xbox. Hope this helps.

Yep. My wife tells me all the tiime I'm not an adult. I'm just a kid with bills and a bank account.

The Paypal account is linked to a bank account and is activated, verified, confirmed, etc etc. The billing address matches the billing address on my xbox account.

I don't know what more i can do.
