    My 10 year old son charged 97 items to my credit card. The refund team informed me that there is a limit to the number of refunds and I have been refunded 23 of 97 items. It is virtually impossible to talk to a human being capable of making a rational
    decision. I'm sure this is not how XBox intends to make money. Can anyone help me toward a resolution?

    Hi, i agree with the other who repond to you. Make sure you set a password on the xbox to prevent this in the future. My son did that a couple of times I set a password and I haven't had the issue again. The best way to communicate for me has been on xbox.com

    Hi Felixx P,

    Thank you for the quick response, I immediately responded to the emails from the refund advocates fully explaining my situation directly after they email me. It has now been 4-5 days and I have not heard any responses. I'm left to assume that Xbox will not
    respond and I will be ignored. It is extremely frustrated because I've reached a dead end and Xbox will not help or assist me in any way.

    That is why I came to this forum, I'm hopeful that through this forum I can be directed to a different avenue that can help me solve this issue because I don't think it's fair and I really just want to talk to someone that can assist me.

    Unfortunately as stated by fellow XBF Felix P we here on forums don't have the tools to look into any billing information. Also as stated by our

    Microsoft Service Agreement
