    Hey one the 1-11-14 I bought an "Xbox 12 month Membership" off the market place. I tried to play online on many games like, Call of duty AW, GTA V, Halo The Masterchief Collection and the all say similar things like " You do not have permission to play
    online ' Any ideas why this is doing this ? I also have the Tax Invoice that Microsoft has sent me and its clear that the money has gone through .

    Gold Membership not working

    I purchased Xbox Live Gold Membership online and on the computer it says I have it bought. But on my xbox it still says I am using free. On my account types though it says I have gold but that is not showing up on my actual account and I am receiving no
    Gold benefits.

    Are you over the age of 18? If not then perhaps your parents have set up restrictions on your gameplay.

    The same thing is happening to me, only with a game. It's not even showing up on games and apps tab. It's not showing anywhere, but my billing. Funny how they'll immediately charge me for something, but then take their time delivering. It's a digital download.
    Just freaking send it.

    Hi. I bought my 12 Month Xbox Live Gold card at the time we purchased the xbox.

    I got an email from them today and it is now showing recurring billing will start 1st September 2020.

    Xbox 360 live gold pass

    so i bought my son another xbox 360 after he broke the xbox one!

    Today i set it up and purchased xbox live gold pass but i did it via my mobile with the account thats linked to the xbox.

    My purchase has gone through but when i go to get the free game that comes with the pass, it keeps saying get free with live gold pass. I click that and its taking me to the purchase the pass part again! Can any one tell me what im doing wrong? It shows
    up on the xbox that the pass is rhere and it shows today as the start day 31.08.19

    Able to sign on to live but gold is gone...

    I am experiencing the same problem. Even bought another gold membership and it still says I am not a gold member on xbox live but my online transactions show that I made the purchase.
