    Hello !

    I need help... So. I saw there is a special sale for xbox 360 games on xbox one right now, so i wanted to buy one (Battleblock theatre).

    I have 2 valid options for billing (visa, gift card), but everytime I try to buy it, it says i don't have valid options for buying the game...

    I don't understand, I can buy every xbox one game that I like, but I can't bu retro-game...

    Someone here to help me ?

    nothing can be done there is no soloution to this , ive been at this problem for 24 hours now some people i know have had this problem for days and no fix still ................ its a problem there end not yours =( so dont expect to be online for some time
    , i tryed everything even called them up and got parred off with BS

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue. If you have a valid payment method on file (and you can double check on your
    Microsoft Commerce account), double check that your Xbox Live region matches your current physical location. If you aren't sure, you can always try running your account through our
    account migration tool to see.

    If everything appears to look good from what you can tell, you can try reaching out to your local
    phone/chat support teams and asking them to take a closer look at your account. We can't really dig too far into things because we are public facing. Hopefully they're able to help you out if
    my suggestions above don't do the trick.
