    My son pushed renew on Xbox 360 by mistake, I had a code to redeem so I entered that, (it does show the 12 month code on account settings)but it wants to charge me the 10.00 for auto renewal I tried to cancel that, but it wouldn't let me. Please help.

    my billing info has been locked and i have no i idea how it was if a microsoft member reads this can they send my account a message on how to get to my billing info

    Hello !

    I need help... So. I saw there is a special sale for xbox 360 games on xbox one right now, so i wanted to buy one (Battleblock theatre).

    I have 2 valid options for billing (visa, gift card), but everytime I try to buy it, it says i don't have valid options for buying the game...

    I don't understand, I can buy every xbox one game that I like, but I can't bu retro-game...

    Someone here to help me ?
