    Billing payment problem


    Hello, my little brother uses Xbox live for the Xbox 360, and I take care of paying the Xbox live. But recently I wanted to renew it but I could not because I forgot to activate my card to refund the amount of the previous billing ie last month. I need your
    help so he keeps playing and thanks.

    Also I do not find the button "pay hold"

    Xbox Live Gold Subscription Issue

    If this hasn't been resolved yet, simply go into the billing, manage payment options, click to edit the card, then save it. This will cause the card to get reverified in order for them to allow it for payment. The reason it was declined was they tried charging you $21 for something, but when it was received multiple times as declined/rejected due to funds, the payment method was locked and declined until it can be reverified.
