    Billing payment option issue


    I am trying to use bill to mobile as a payment option in xbox store, I select Verizon and enter my number and it gives me an error saying "something went wrong try back later". Microsoft support chat told me nothing is wrong with my account on their end.
    Verizon says my bill to mobile option is active with a $300 per month limit which I've never used before. Why can't I get it to work? Here is the error code I got, it does not produce any results on google...

    It's fixed now, it was an error in Verizon systems and may take several days to fix :-( I'm getting fiber at noon and was looking forward to bingeing some new games but oh well I guess it wont kill me to wait a bit more :-(

    Are you trying to do this through the console itself , i would suggest using either a computer or mobile , there are sometimes issues with the store when trying to do things other then buy games.
