    Wanted to buy 1 months xbox live subscription so I tried and instead of a confirmation it took me to the store. On the home page there was still messages for me to get xbox gold. It asked me again if I wanted to get xbox live gold, I thought it wasn't going
    through so I tried another two times. No confirmation and continual messages to upgrade to gold means I bought it 3 times. Can I get a refund on 2 of them?

    been paid for.! FACT.2 My previous subsciption was over a year previos. CONCLUSION/ auto renewal switched on by MS. CONCLUSION 2/ as expected XBOX GOLD options withdrawn................However silver membership withdrawn till
    said person pays up. For all uninformed posters. If you dont know then dont make stupid claims regarding billing access.

    It looks like only the 3 months that I paid for with the code they send me for the 3 months., They code they said they would send in like 10 business days never manifested.

  5. That was my first port of call, but the live chat does not work and I'm in work so can't just go and waste thirty mins listening to an automated message asking me if I've checked online for solutions (I'm assuming lol). Would really like to sort this out
    via email but no one does that anymore as it's too easy.
