Billing page only gives US States as options but I live in Australia - hoe do I change it?

I am trying to add my Billing Information on my XBox360, but when it asks for billing details, the only options are US States. I can't find where or how to change 'tis to allow me to Eter an Australian billing address.

Going overseas

I created my xbox live account in the united states and used a US credit card. Now I live in germany, and I'm trying to add my german credit card as a payment option, but I am unable to do so since the xbox only lets me enter US addresses. I am also not
able to change my billing information to an address outside the united states. What do I do?

Billing information stuck on US

Hello. I just set up an xbox live account on my 360 for the first time. I'm trying to buy games but when entering my billing information, there's no option to change countries. I'm in Australia, but there's only an option to enter US specific details.

The region on your account must match the region you're physically located in for the correct information to appear on your screen. If you're seeing USA information and not Australia where you live, you'll need to as ngocphi stated, make sure your account
is set to the proper region using
this page.

I'm having this problem. I bought the xbox in Australia then lived with it in the UK for a year and now back in Australia. Never changed the region in the first place so it should still be Australia. When I go to that page and try to change it to Australia
it says there is a problem but doesn't say what that is. but since it was bought is Australia and I never migrated it before that shouldn't be an issue. I've changed my location to Australia, changed my billing address and added Australian card details. Still
says I have no valid payment option.

I've done that and I have to put billing information in and it keeps saying 'State' and stuff but I don't know hoe to change it to say 'England/Wales/Scotland/Ireland" and such because it just automatically did it on my old account. :/

This was awhile back.

But from memory the console had it always to Aus.

For the xbox live account itself it was the migration page and changing it to australia when I first had this issue

The billing support page in one of the stickied threads in this forum also says that my account is in Australia :c
