Billing on xbox 360

Dear Xbox Live

I've noticed something to day after paying for x-box live for months and then not using the services x-box or Microsoft have *** me over and over then i contact your services support they said nothing can do only disabled you should less come out system
with system and noticed that customers not using as pretty much you screw someone for month of services if not using it then should have it auto refunded back too them would you pay for using if not using it nope so why should i after loses out on the payments.

There nothing the support teams are able to do with this so pretty much next step would be demand payments back within paypal

Got a Xbox One should I keep it?

You must super rich pal or living of your parents because where I come no one can afford to more then one console ,think of all the bills , you have to pay nowdays ,let me see their tv bill, house bill, often their mortgage or rent bill, tv license , water bill, gas bill, phone bill, internet bill, and now you want add gaming bill for the network on top of them and other thing Xbox one may hAve exclusives but you play previous games in the past on the Xbox or Xbox 360 you can't play them by disc mode only by buying them through dlc and same goes for ps4 for previous playstation consoles , at least wii u network is free and backward play for wii games but other are dlc, electric bill and maybe more bills to pay

If you never cancelled the service, of course they are going to keep charging you. They provided the service, the fact that you choose not to use it isn't their fault. What if you decided to stop watching TV, but never cancelled
your cable subscription? Would you expect a refund there too?
