    Billing Notification


    So last night i got a notification for a pre order billing soon, which is weird cause only thing I have preordered is cyberpunk 2077, which I preordered 6 months ago with an xbox card and my Microsoft account, checked my order history and its telling me
    its been refunded which is funny cause I only have in my account $2.63, plus Cyberpunk is still installed on my xbox, so am I getting money back to my account or what?

    If you pre-ordered using your Microsoft account balance, then the payment would have already been taken. The payment within 10 days of release only applies if you paid via credit card/Paypal.

    Reoccurring billing was left on without notification.

    I bought Xbox live gold for a month during Christmas vacation and When my parents received their credit card statement, they noticed that we were billed once again during January and February. I was not notified of being charged the $10.59 nor was I emailed confirmation of purchase. I have not used a day of any of the membership after my Christmas break, so that money went to waste. As a college student, funds are tight and it would be great if I could be refunded the funds for both the January AND February billings. You can even check in your system that the xbox has not been turned on after the first week on Jan 2022.
