It looks like i been paying twice a month for xbox live subscription and im not happy about this i need this sorted out it says i paid june 2 and june 12 10$ each transaction. also im sure this has been going on for months is it possible to get my money
back for being over charged.

Need help contacting Billing support

I am in need of help! My phone is the only access i have online, i need a call from xbox live support because my account was locked when i went to redeem a prepaid live card and my phone won't secure a connection to request a call through xbox's support
page. Please and thank you

So we found out that if you have issue uploading Guam Address you need to add APO AP before you punch in your zip code

If it's not, then it means someone else has access to your card and you would need to dispute it with your credit card company.

That being said, I find it appropriate to ask some questions:

— Did you see these transactions listed in your Microsoft account order history with the status “completed”?

Note: You may want to check the order history with every email address you own.

— In case the purchases are not there, did you not recall letting use to a friend or family member your card?
If so, could you try checking their order history and check if maybe this person used your card without your permission?

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. Since this internal issue is affecting the databases that house your Microsoft Account information, we cannot resolve this issue with our support tools, and must rely on this team to resolve
