Billing issues

Hi, i need help !! I have unpayed facturation on my account because my creditcard was too old, i change my payement option, with a new créditcard but it still not work (the next month will be paid without any issues but last month is still unpayed) I tried
to fix that issue but when i want to click on "Pay now" it's not working and it say to me : "Contact the support" . Sorry for my poor english :/

Bonjour. J'ai changé récemment de moyen de paiement car mon ancienne carte bleu était dépassée. Le mois de Mars n'a toujours pas été payé alors que celui d'avril sera payé sans aucun problème. Je n'arrive pas régulariser ma situation car quand je clique
sur payer maintenant(avec ma nouvelle carte que j'ai lié mon compte) ça m'envoie sur le support... aidez moi svp merci !!

I have added a new payment option on my account and have already been billed on it but am recieving emails from MS that they cannot charge my other card that I closed months ago. I cannot delete this card because MS is trying to charge it. What do I do
to resolve this?

 

Billing issues

You can't remove it because you owe money on it. You can try swapping the balance to a different card at commerce.microsoft.com or you can contact support and have them change the balance to a different card for you.

 

You would need to contact support
https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us to pay off any outstanding balance.

You can't pay it via your console.

 

it's of course waht i try to do since 15 days. And i try to pay in this website since 15 days :/ So today my gold is stoped and i can't enjoy my week-end...

all this joke because my credit card was too old (of course i changes my information before 6 april , the day i pay my xbox live gold) all the information of my new credit card are in my account but it's still not work .... you just have to use this information
... I don't understand where is the problem ..
