    I've been on the phone and chat for over 3 hours today trying to get my account squared away. No idea why I can not remove my credit cards once they are on the account same with trying to add a gift card, it keeps giving me errors. Why is this so hard
    to do, and the guy on the phone now says he can't see anything on my account from the previous rep who I spent an hour on the phone with and now we are 34 minutes into this call.

    I have added a new payment option on my account and have already been billed on it but am recieving emails from MS that they cannot charge my other card that I closed months ago. I cannot delete this card because MS is trying to charge it. What do I do
    to resolve this?

    Billing issues

    You can't remove it because you owe money on it. You can try swapping the balance to a different card at commerce.microsoft.com or you can contact support and have them change the balance to a different card for you.

    contact xbox Support so they can check whats going on, on the boards there is no one who can help you with billing related issues

    the 4 months of gold were bought with @ the time $35 paypal balance i should be getting no claims as of now since everything was paid off i talked to support the other night they redirected my issue to Tier 3 support the CS rep that refered me was by the
