billing issues last 4 months

ive spoke with xbox support, escalations, xbox chat, all have been unsuccessful at fixing my issue since November 11th

i preordered GTAV through xbox store. launch day passed, as did 3 or 4 days after, still no GTAV at my door

cancelled order, have cancellation email, debit card has debit transaction

refund was never put back on card, dispute charge after MS was unable to fix

Ended up ordering GTA5 through console instead... no issues

try and remove credit card from account, says 'pending charges' from when i preordered GTAV that they never shipped and i cancelled, cant get these off my card, talked with probably 6 different people and issue was 'escalated'

Remind you issue has been going on since November... spoke with support again (3 days ago) log into Xbox today to play Destiny, Destiny is no longer on my account...... and pending charges are still on account (what i have been trying to get removed for
4 months)

This is seriously a joke at this point and im extremely frustrated

I just spoke with another support rep, sounds like the pending charges are from the preorder still, even though i have the cancellation email in my inbox from the MS Store

And the support chat MS has for xbox you need to get rid of the indian oversea's support and hire americans that can actually have a conversation with you and understand your frustrations, MS is a trillion dollar company and they are that cheap... seriously?

Reward credits pending dye to billing error

I have 5250 reward credits pending and can't be deposited due to billing error from last 4 months. Please fix my account.

I believe so i have downloaded last months free game and had no issues? I did look at my billing setting and it has 2 personal accounts one UK and one US( i did not realise i had 2!)

 

Unfortunately all you can do is keep working with phone support on this one, just for future information the following link is awesome for checking billing/refund activity as well as deleting payment options off the account:

Unfortunately i cant remove payment option because it has a pending charge from my cancelled Microsoft Store purchase they never fulfilled that i cancelled

 

I understood that, I was just giving you the link for future reference, it's just really handy is all. Your only option is to continue working with official support, no one on the forums can help, but I understand it helps to vent sometimes.
