Billing Issues (Games not showing in billing history)

Hey, I was curious as to why some of my 360 games weren't showing up in the Xbox One preview program, so I go and look into my purchase history, and I find that a LOT of games that I've bought over the years are not in the history. I know I bought them because
you can't play someone else's purchases unless they are signed in. I hope this is the right forum for this question, but what could have happened, and what can be done to fix??

yesterday on my account , i bought "Xbox live gold" 3 months $10.88 at 22:49 GMT+3 , that's OK

but Suddenly at 23:09 GMT+3 , you have taken from My Visa around $1.23 , with message "you have a trx on your card from Microsoft*Store"

My question , why did you take 1 dollar from my card and i didn't do any transaction ?

if there is mistake from you , please return me money

If you're 100% sure you purchased it with your account, you would need to try contacting support to see if they can verify the purchases. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

FYI, you can access another person's content without them being signed in as long as you're using the console with their licenses.
