    why cant i change my location settings on xbox i tried everything possible from settings on xbox to online at xbox.com everthing youtube said even. i live in south america guyana, and cant change the billing on xbox to my country only has usa and its states pls help

    contact xbox Support so they can check whats going on, on the boards there is no one who can help you with billing related issues
