    Billing Issue - Game pass charged me 3x


    I've been trying to request a refund through the Xbox site after talking to the stupid virtual assistant which directs me to the refund page which doesn't exist?!?! I also can't find any contact details on how to speak to a real person about this or even
    an email address.

    Game pass has charged me 3 times on the same day so this is nothing to do with a recurring monthly billing.

    If anyone has an email address or some way of speaking to a support memeber that can refund me this seeing as Xbox has decided to remove my only apparent option of doing so that would be great.

  2. Metro Last Light Season Pass is broken.

    I just bought the Metro Last Light season pass, and the game isn't recognizing that I own it. I decided to delete it and redownload the season pass, only to see that the Xbox dashboard doesn't even recognize that I purchased it, and is trying to charge me
    again. I was 100% charged for the season pass, and it's already showing on the billing website.

    Made purchase never received content

    I downloaded the season pass for shadow of mordor I have been charged for content have billing email and it says in my notifications on my Xbox one the it has downloaded yet i have not received the extras in game like missions etc can anyone help me with

    I've tried through there but it gives me no option on how to contact support? It just takes me to the virtual assistant which directs me back to that webpage

    Select that you have a billing issue, skip the virtual assistant, and choose to chat with support or request a call back.

    I'm having the same issue, after lots of digging I could only find this link.

    Sign in to your Microsoft account

    I'm also not in the US but I was able to submit the form anyways. I'm waiting on a response now.
