    Please read the Terms of Service. You are required to maintain current billing information and it is your obligation to cancel auto renewal (now available via the xbox.com web service and previously only available via phone support). If you let your subscription
    lapse and Microsoft attempted to bill you, Microsoft believes you are responsible for that charge if (1) you didn't previously cancel auto renewal and (2) by your own admission had insufficient funds available in the account tied to your XBL service. That's
    like writing a check and then not having enough funds.

    I'm not in agreement with Microsoft's Terms of Service per sey, but it is their Terms of Service you, myself and everyone else agreed to when you initially signed up or by virtue of using the service.

    In the end, YOU must CALL XBL support. Borrow a friend's phone if you have to. There is no other way. If you simply don't wish to use XBL going forward; simply disappear. Never use your account again. If you attempt to do so in the future, don't be
    surprised if Microsoft first requests you settle your outstanding balance first.

    Hi, How do i remove my number and name?.. Also i can't ring up as i am not allowed to use my house phone.. If, at the end of my subscription they cannot renew due to no funds in my account and they stop my xbox live, therefor i cannot owe them money?...

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by an internal database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. We have escalated this issue to another team to resolve,
    but have not yet received an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    Assassin: You can only remove all payment methods if you do not have an active Gold subscription. If you wish to remove all payment methods, turn off auto renewal, let your account revert to Free, then remove your cards. At that time you can

    I Think its a rip off that you have to call up which costs MORE money just to turn the automatic charge off.. I do not have an outstanding balance as i buy one month at a time for £5.99.. They can't charge me for not using there service. If i don't have
    the funds for my next months XBL and they stop me from using it then i shouldn't be charged for the next month..I will not pay another £5.99 for something i will not use for more than a month and if they persist on charging me then i will just get another
    account and use a different card...
