Billing Information wrong Region

Hello,

I´m trying to spend money...

ok, first I got via my PC/Browser a Gold membership. I could enter/use payment option. Then I discovered I couldnt use that inside my Xbox360, no payment was entered. So I tried to add in my xbox a "new" payment option. Here im stuck in the billing information.
I only get a drop down with the US-States. Entering my german adress isnt accepted. Again accessing my data via PC/Browser MS knows I am german. Region/Language settings inside xbox is Germany too. What can I do?

If you are seeing the wrong region information when adding a payment method, it means your account region is wrong. The only way to correct such an issue is to create a new account with the proper information on it. This information must match your billing
information (Paypal, credit card, etc) in order to guarantee they work.

I'm trying to purchase Gold using a credit card as the payment option, but whenever I fill out my details it asks for my state/province, but I live in New Zealand. And I don't wanna make purchases on the xbox, so how can I change the region to my country
so I can buy gold on the Xbox store? Thank you

 

ok, since nobody seems to care and MS offers no other support for me other than this forum, I tried at least to cancel the automatic renewal of my Gold. Only that doesnt work too. I´m offered a continue button and nothing happens. In "my account" the renewal
is still there.

So do I have to completely cancel my membership and buy a sony or can someone tell me what to do or whom to ask?

I´m a bit angry because I´m trying to spend money and cant reach a paid MS-Employee. I dont blame volunteers. I was once offered a phonecall (45mins) and a chat (20 mins). But the last two times I searched for a solution I was only directed to this forum.
Maybe because of the time. But a 24h ticket system would be nice for working people...

So, back to problem. My MS/xbox-account and/or billing information is set to germany. Only inside my xbox my adress is empty and my payment method isnt there. I still dont understand why I should reenter that information. Ok, ill try again to get phone/chat-support.

despite the fact I couldnt find any other than German settings I "changed" my account/region to Germany. Now I have my payment methods available in my xbox too. I still dont understand why this didnt matter on my PC but was a problem inside the xbox, but
as long as its working now...
