    Hi i have a serious problem with my billing information, on my xbox one everything is fine (at least today), but in the xbox 360 store (web or in the console) or even when i try to get a game from the official rc list, i get an error about my billing information,
    something like:

    we cannot recover your billing information, please try again later

    i talked with support chat about this, and they tell me that maybe the internal billing information of my account is not ok but i must add a post here so i can get in touch with a moderator to investigate this issue.

    i talked with support chat and twitter support about this, and they tell me that maybe the internal billing information of my account is unrelated (between one and 360) and i must add a post here so i can get in touch with a moderator to investigate this

    I'm also sorry to inform you that the support person was incorrect in having you post in the forums about your issue. Forum Moderators don't have access to a user's personal account details.

    Phone Support would be you're best option to getting this resolved as they have the authority/access to a user's account details.

    If you're in the US/Canada you can call 800-469-9269. If you're outside the US/Canada you can go to
    support.xbox.com/contact-us to request a call back.

    To handle the private info necessary for account validation you need privacy like one to one chat or phone call
