I can't request a deposit because a message on MyRewards page keeps saying that my billing information is not correct but that's not true. Need help thanks

Double check your account at
http://commerce.microsoft.com and make sure the region is the same as the one you're in. If it's asking for postal code, then that's usually a US region. So if you don't live in the US, you would need to migrate your region.

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is causing our system to incorrectly choose the billable account to deposit into, which is causing an error with the deposit. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when
this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Since the expiration date isn't available in the dropdown, your best bet is going to be calling
phone support so they can get that card added manually for you. Please let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you,
