    Billing info problem

    Hey there bullcat!

    We always suggest that you have your Account Region set to the same region that you're physically located. This prevents billing issues like this from popping up. I'm sorry to say that since you're not in an Xbox Live supported region, there's not much we can
    do here.

    Okay I'm a I have a billing problem want to buy an XBOX GOLD from my local Store and I have a US account but I don't live in the US and you are required To state your billing address to access xbox live but I don't have these answer Like the city where
    I live in and the zip code. I choose to be in the US account Because my country is not supported by XBOX LIVE

    You will need to contact Customer Service via the phone or chat. No one on the forums has the ability to do this. You can reach them via phone 1-800-4MY-XBox

    Why would the system charge a banned account, that makes absolutely no sense at all, if you was banned you wouldn't even be on the Xbox LIVE e-mail mailing list, so no idea why you would be charged..
