    Billing Info Issues.


    I'm having trouble with my xbox account. I have an Canadian xbox account (because I am Canadian), as well as a microsoft account with all of my information set as Canadian. I use a Canadian paypal, that my xbox account is connected to. However, whenever
    I log into my xbox account on my 360, anytime I go to add a payment, or search for games/apps, my xbox will use the US versions. If I go to the "Billing Information" on my xbox 360, and it will only give me US options, and not Canadian. When I go online via
    the computer or phone, it shows Canadian options. I'm not sure how to fix this. I have tried to use the support chat, but the person said "You can get into alot of trouble if you lied about your region, fix it by going online with a computer" and closed the
    chat while I was typing my situation back, and therefore was ZERO help. My email account, my microsoft account, and my xbox account all have their Region/Location/Locales set to Canada, and yet on my 360 it wont use it. If anybody could help me out, that would
    be great.

    It only deletes it from the 360. I always feel better calling support to deal with CC and CC delete. It should still be there.

    Hello,

    You will need to contact phone support and speak with the billing department about any sort of cancelations and or refunds. As far as why you're not able to use your prepaid card, it's probably because the card you currently have on file is invalid/expired
    and cannot be used to pay for your subscription. That more than likely needs to be changed before you're able to continue with your subscription or use any sort of prepaid card.

    When you remove your GT off your Xbox, Everything saved on that account is still attached to it. Including Credit Cart Information
