    Hello everyone, and the Xbox Community! I have a new debit card, because my old debit card was cancelled because it was stolen. Although the debit card was assigned to my Xbox Live Account. Since I have cancelled my debit card, Microsoft has told me I am
    unable to pay for the account, which is 100% true, due to the cancellation. I am charged $5 for the month I have used for my 12 Month Membership, but I am unable to pay them with the old debit card. Can someone please help me and tell me how I am able to pay
    with the new debit card? How can I contact Microsoft to pay the debt with the new debit card? If anyone can respond, and help ASAP, I would really thank you for helping me with something I have no idea how to fix. And I should add, It will not let me remove
    the old debit card off my Xbox Live account. I keep attempting it on console, and through the computer. It shows an error and sends me back to the main site. That's all I really need help with. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

    How can I pay for Live & Microsoft Points if I live outside of the US?

    The "Enter your billing info" screen does not include the territory I live in, so it is impossible to enter my information

    sorry to hear that if you have a Microsoft subscription with recurring billing you can change how you pay anytime unless the payment is pasted due. you can also cancel or turn off recurring billing for a Microsoft subscription. if you have a past due balance
    you'll have to pay that first before changing how you pay. Basically what this means is the past due amount has to be payed with the same method it was originally purchased with before the changes can be made. hope this helps.

    If it's not allowing you to pay the outstanding balance on account.microsoft.com you will need to contact official billing support at support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Be sure the payment method you have listed on your account is not expired.
