    I have a message saying to check my billing info. It is correct and works for buying games and everything however my rewards points are not getting deposited.

    We responded to your previous post at (Not receiving reward credit). We still see you as a ITA Rewards Member with a GBR
    Microsoft Account.

    I haven't been receiving my reward credits for the past year, all my billing info is correct and up to date as far as I know, can anyone help?

    Hi Duke. There is an issue with your account that is preventing us from making a successful deposit. The billable account we have for you is not the primary account associated with your Microsoft account. We are currently working on a resolution. Once we
    are able to apply a fix, a deposit will be made. Thanks for your patience.
