Billing in Circles.....

Hi,

I am the main xbox live account. My son is on the account as a child account. He loves fortnite, and I am trying to get him the $13.49 season pass. My main account is not a Microsoft account, it is my own domain email. Lets call it *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. I created
an account for my son, lets call it *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. I also have an old hotmail account, lets call it *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.

I log into my sons account, to go to the purchase coins page for 13.49. It says I don't have access, ask a parent. All good. So I click the ask button. But instead of going to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** is is going to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. I click give the money in the old@hotmail
email and return to my sons account. I end the game, enter again, money is there. go to buy, says I have to ask a parent.....and when I repeat it says I have to add money to the main account, circle circle circle.

So it's stuck in a circle. What gives? thanks.

Unable to add PayPal

I've been on the phone with MS before, when they blocked my card. And after a few weeks of going round in circles (they said billing will get back to me, billing did and then they said have you tried a different card I said yes, then they said we will phone
you back.) It was just a never ending circle so I gave up in the end.

ill start with xbox live number, seeing as the microsoft billing site only sends you in circles, without phone numbers anywhere!

Figured out a work around.

--Removed the "ask a parent" setting.

--I added a payment method to his account, paid it, then removed the payment method.

--Put the ask a parent back on just in case.
