    I had gotten a 64 dollar reacuring charge on my credit card from xbox msbill.info or something along that line. I looked at my account and nothing changed im figuring that someone got a hold of my credit card and used it for a gold membership. I want to
    figure put how to reverse the charge.

    I just purchased xbox live gold for 12 months and it said it was a monthly payment but I dont know if it is. Do I pay 5 dollars a month or is it a 60 dollar payment?

    If it's a monthly subscription it would be $9.99 per month. If you purchased a year, it would be $60 upfront (that would just be equal to $5 a month, but here is no $5/month plan).

    For help with refunds please refer over to our Xbox Support site. There you will be given the option to either setup a call or live chat with a representative.
